The KJC QuickBooks connector is an internal tool of KJ Cafes. Only KJ Cafes staff who have been authorised by the company can sign in and use it.
The accounting data it reads and writes stays in QuickBooks Online and in KJ Cafes' own encrypted storage on Cloudflare (used for backups and change records). It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
The connector keeps a log of which actions each signed-in person took (for example "ran a report", "updated a bill"), not the content of their questions. Bank, card and tax identification numbers are masked to their last four digits in everything it shows.
